12:34 pm - Cold? Bleh.
I feel very tired today. If I take my jacket off, I feel cold. If I check my own temperature, I feel rather warm. I think I might be getting a cold. *sigh* My throat had a sore spot in it overnight as well, and I took a Cold-Eze lozenge which helped. I think I need to take a few more of those.

Anyone else have a home remedy to get me ready for Suzy's visit on Friday?

OH NO!!!! DON'T GET SICK!!!! *SOB*

Take lots of multi vitimans. Eccinacea. Drink lots of OJ. Take Zinc Lozenges if you're throat is hurting. AND REST REST REST!!!

I agree. Naked Juice has a Power-C juice with (I think) 1000% of your daily vitamin c dose per serving, and the bottle comes with 2 servings! So if you encounter Naked Juice: Power C, I say get a couple of those and have 1x/day. Knocked my cold out fairly fast.

Echinacea is bomb! Take in tablet form about 3x / day.

Be sure to only take the eccinacea during the time your sick. Not something to take every day. Only while your sick to help strengthen that immune system. :)
