One of the curtains is missing its pull rod. There are no extra pillows in the room. Not included in the room charges are $2 for local calling (whether you use it or not), and an electricity surcharge. The toilet runs continuously. The staff at the bell desk isn't really helpful ("call security for a wheelchair", security has none, "come down and you can rent one from the bell desk", go down, "oh, the bell captain is gone", when will the captain be back, "don't know, he left a while back so it shouldn't be long". At least when I went back the captain was there. Hopefully the captain doesn't need to be there to check the thing back in. grrrrrr.)
I got spoiled by staying at the Venetian the first time I came to Vegas. It really is true -- you get what you pay for.
