OJ: doable. Started with apple juice, will change after I finish it. (Had a lot of OJ this morning before I went to work, too.)
Zinc Lozenges: check, got those.
Multi-vitamins: took one this morning, but we only have an "essentials" multi-vitamin.
Power-C juice: I'll just stick to normal + vitamin C supplements, since I have those.
Anything else? (Other than dragging my ass back to bed? LOL)
Yeah, something else to consider: I picked up a 5-HTP supplement over the weekend and took one yesterday and one this morning, 50mg each day. Could this be related? I doubt it, but I'll mention it just in case.
Yesterday I had a pretty good day; woke up overnight with a sore throat in bed with the fan on (Dee had been warm earlier in the evening.) I turned the fan off when I woke up, but still. *sigh*
