Last night, for instance. Around 9pm I feel the tightness/aching sensation. I was up until 2am, and even then woke up about once an hour. Each time I woke up I'd get up, go to the bathroom, and then drink more water that would help calm the burning down.
But I could only get comfortable on my back. Which is a problem, as I typically am a stomach sleeper.
So... that means today I've tried to be very careful. Small breakfast. Small lunch. Small dinner. Still drinking even more water.
